Favorite Muscular Body Type

Well..its my hobby now to achieve this kind of body type. Now, everyday on the evening especially, i usually go for workout. Here in Segamat, at GYM RAKYAT. Why i choose there? Because its cheap and full of GYM equipment. For you to know, this hobby kind hard for me. Everyday workout to achieve muscular body type. Of course, this hobby is expensive too. You have to buy products that helps on recovering the muscle. The products not cheap, range from RM300 below (better one) hehehe...

I used brand Optimum Nutrition (ON) products because its taste. its creamy and delicious too. (adding some milk, fruit or other powder like Milo etc). It has been 3 month workout for my body..so far, i like my new body, lean muscle..more sexy..huhuu~ i think girls will like it too..ahaks~

SELESAI SUDAH EVENT MARKETEERS 2011

Penat. Letih. Tired. alamak..same je kot sume..heheh~

Berlangsung pada 27hb Februari 2011 dia UiTM Segamat. Seramai 9 pasukan telah mendaftar untuk menyahut cabaran "Marketeers Futsal Challenge" Acara bermula dari jam 9.00 pagi hinggahlah jam 5.00 petang. Macam2 ragam boleh lihat ketika perlawanan berlangsung. Nasib baik tak ada yang bergaduh walaupun ade tekanan. Tetapi ada juga yang cedera teruk sepanjang event berlangsung. Nampak macam teruk sebab pelanggaran semasa "sliding". Apa2 pun, tahniah kepada kumpulan yang telah menang cabaran Futsal ini. Diharap dpat berjumpa lagi untuk event2 yang akan datang dan lebih meriah lagi. Terima Kasih kepada exco2 yang membantu & semua yang terlibat dalam menjayakan event ini.
